We collect the following information when you use MilkGo: your name, mobile number, business name, delivery addresses and areas, product and pricing data, delivery and billing records, payment records, and device information for app functionality.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide dairy management services, generate bills and track payments, send delivery notifications and monthly bills via WhatsApp (with your consent), improve the app experience, and provide customer support.
WhatsApp Notifications
MilkGo sends transactional notifications via WhatsApp Business API, including delivery updates and monthly bills. These messages are sent only to customers whose dairy provider has enabled WhatsApp notifications and who have a registered WhatsApp number. You can disable WhatsApp notifications at any time through your dairy provider.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to your business data is restricted to you and users you authorize (e.g., your drivers). We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service (hosting, messaging) and as required by Indian law.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, and opt out of WhatsApp notifications. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@milkgo.in.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
